Terms & Conditions of Registration
Before proceeding with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
All participants must register through the online registration form. Reservations for workshops and roundtables may be cancelled if full payment is not received in a timely manner, and the space will be released for reservations to other delegates. Payment via the online payment system is strongly recommended to ensure your selections are confirmed.
Cancellations:
Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Conference Secretariat (info@cscc-sccc.ca) on or before May 15, 2024 in order for registration fees to be refunded. If you have been invoiced but not paid the fees, you are still liable to pay the cancellation charges below:
• Up to and including May 15, 2024: Registration fee will be refunded less $100 administration fee.
• After May 15, 2024: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.
Special Access and Food Requirements:
Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the delegate’s responsibility. Special dietary requests, if available, will only be accommodated through advance registration.
Member Rates:
The discounted Member Registration Fees apply to current members of CSCC and SQBC. All other delegates should register in the non-member category.

Included but availability is limited and tickets must be reserved: Scientific Workshops (Tuesday), Roundtables (Tuesday).
2Single Day rates apply for single day registrations only. Attendance at 2 or more days requires full conference registration.

SPECIAL SHUTTLE SERVICEThe cost of a taxi between Quebec City and Mont Ste-Anne is approximately $150 each way. The conference is offering a transportation service using taxis and buses at a discounted cost of $50 each way. This shuttle service from Quebec City to Delta Hotel Mont Ste-Anne will be offered each day Friday to Tuesday. Return shuttles to Quebec City will be provided on Wednesday at noon. Please note that if you choose the transportation option from Quebec to Mont Ste-Anne, the service will be available no matter your time of arrival and with a short waiting time. We encourage you to consider this terrific option! All shuttle services are subject to minimum ticket sales and may not be available on some days. If the shuttle service is not offered on the day of your travel, all tickets will be refunded in full. |
