Call for Applications for 2026 CSCC Grants
CSCC offers a number of grants each year for members.
CSCC GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR 2026:
- CSCC GRANT FOR LEADERSHIP AND/OR ADMINISTRATION
This grant is intended to encourage and support the administrative and leadership role of Laboratory Physicians and Scientists and is for up to a maximum of $3,000.
- CSCC GRANT FOR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
This grant is intended to encourage and support CSCC members who require additional funding beyond that provided by their employer to attend national/international conferences, take additional courses, or participate in other educational activities and professional development. The grant is for us to a maximum of $3,000.
- CSCC TRAINEE ELECTIVE VISIT GRANTS
Short-term visits (i.e. elective visits) to other laboratories provide trainees in laboratory medicine with a unique opportunity to augment their skill sets. CSCC provides a limited number of Trainee Elective Visit Grants of up to $2,000 per grant each year in support of this important facet of laboratory medicine.
- CSCC REGIONAL GRANTS: Provincial Education Grants
The purpose of Provincial Education Grants is to assist provincial societies with the provision of educational activities for their members. To further this goal, funding is allocated in advance to each provincial section so that they can plan events with the assurance that funds will be available. Funds will only be disbursed following the actual event. The amount of the grants are up to a maximum of $1,000 payable upon receipt of invoices.
